I always thought they originated here.

That's funny, I thought they were just a Philly thing.

Turns out, after being used in the military, the cheese heads originated the use of them for tour boats.

First Tour Company: Founded by Mel Flath, the Original Wisconsin Ducks began using the vehicles to take tourists through the Wisconsin River and scenic sandstone formations in 1946. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

I hope his insurance voids his payout for an idiot clause.

Come on man, you're gonna get Hectic mad at me if I respond to your first sentence.

Anyway, how much do you all pay for insurance? I just switched my card on all the sites that have it on autopay after my whole phone debacle and I'd figured I pay a little extra to lower next month's bill. But besides June, around $205 is my normal payment.

What about you guys?

And this is for the full coverage that my Aunt and Uncle made me get when they helped my buy the Venue brand new. They wouldn't let me leave the dealership without upping my coverage. So I assume this is normal but normal or not it still hurts.

$165/month for a 2019 Toyota Corolla. Full coverage on my car + liability. They rent me a car if it goes in a shop. Discounted as I have my apartment insurance with same company. Canadian $ of course.

I just read what he was charged with:
"The driver, identified as Jimmy Jack McDaniel, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle in a closed section of a park or lake, having no valid boat registration, and numerous water safety equipment violations, reports Fox affiliate KDFW."

Sounds like a fast-food breakfast, with Jimmy Dean sausage and flapjacks.

We're paying $108/month for both cars, which includes a $2 installment fee. And of course, we have full coverage, as we own a house. Being older, and in Maine, makes a big difference.

And before the dude was invited to "help himself" to every American citizen's money and personal info, the Cybertruck has long been regarded as a completely foolish vehicle by car enthusiasts. A foolishness only to be topped by those who actually paid to own one.

This is wild to me. I'm pretty sure my dad was paying more and he never drove for the last few years.

Car insurance in NJ is nuts. People pay $3k, $4k, $5k a year. I'd say Florida is also a higher crime state. As far as locally, Portland, Lewiston, and Sanford ME are higher rates than where we are.
