Remember, the Terry Jacks song came out in a year when streaking was a popular fad.

"We had joy, we had fun
We went streakin' in the sun
But the cops had their guns
And they shot us in the buns"

Terry Jacks' version is considerably different than the version by the Kingston Trio, from their 1963 album Time To Think. Rod McKuen, who co-wrote Seasons In The Sun with Jacques Brel, had recorded the song in 1961 but his version was not released (as the title track of an album) until after the Kingston Trio's version came out.

The Entertainer was written in 1902 by Scott Joplin (1868-1917). Known as "The King Of Ragtime," Joplin wrote or co-wrote 75 songs including Solace, Sugar Cane, Fig Leaf Rag, Wall Street Rag and Maple Leaf Rag. Joplin never made any phonograph records. The Entertainer was available only as sheet music or piano rolls until 1928 when The Blue Boys – guitarist Napoleon "Nap" Hayes and mandolinist Matthew Prater from Vicksburg, Mississippi – recorded the song as part of a medley with Jens Bodewalt Lange's Creole Bells. Here is Easy Winner:

Number one on that week's Hot 100 was Tony Orlando & Dawn's He Don't Love You (Like I Love You). The song was written by Jerry Butler, Calvin Carter and Curtis Mayfield as He Will Break Your Heart. Jerry Butler's original version featured harmony vocals by Curtis Mayfield and was number one on Billboard's R&B chart for seven weeks in late 1960 and early 1961 and peaked at #7 on the Hot 100.

Many listeners mistakenly believe they hear Kraftwerk sing "fun fun fun on the Autobahn." The song begins with "Wir fahren fahren fahren auf der Autobahn," which means "We drive drive drive on the highway." In English, it doesn't sound very exciting. Here is a live performance from a 1975 episode of NBC's Midnight Special. Yes, that's Helen Reddy and Mr. Kotter!

Martin Mull's Dueling Tubas, a parody of Dueling Banjos from the Burt Reynolds movie Deliverance, debuted at #99 on the May 5 1973 Hot 100. It rose to #92 the following week, then dropped to #99 and was gone. Actually the song features only one tuba, played by George "Red" Callender. David Duke plays the French horn. No, not the Ku Klux Klan grand wizard. This David Duke is a former member of the UCLA marching band. He played French horn on the soundtracks of Rocky II, War Of The Worlds, Green Lantern, 21 Jump Street, The Legend Of Zorro, The Tony Randall Show and many others movies and television shows.
