20/20 sucks now though. It's become a shittier version of Dateline.

Damn! I second that one.......and unfortunately I have another biggie to add. The Pointer Sisters – Anita, June and Bonnie – recorded two unsuccessful singles for Atlantic. In 1973, after their older sister Ruth joined the group, they signed with Blue Thumb and reached #11 on the Hot 100 with Yes We Can Can. In 1974, they reached #13 with Fairytale. Bonnie went solo in 1977 and the remaining trio went on to have 12 more top-40 hits including Fire, He's So Shy, Slow Hand, I'm So Excited and Neutron Dance. June died in 2006. Bonnie died in 2020.

I'd just mix them up. After first round you can seed them in the number of votes so as we go forward the most votes goes against the least ones. Suspect the celebrities were not kind enough to die in powers of 2 so you may have to have some second chance entries along the way.
