DRC Madness #43: Fictional Horror & Serial Movie Characters

[Wolf]

Technically it is "beetles" not "Beatles".

I think having them as the Beatles which can be funnier. Either way they will get stomped on when they arrive. Because their trophies won’t protect them.

[Wolf]

Welcome to the opening round of DRC Madness #43: Fictional Horror & Serial Movie Characters!

The nominations are in, the tiers have been set, and now it’s time to find out who survives THE GAUNTLET!

Below are 45 horror characters fighting for the final 24 spots in the main tournament. Some belong here. Some have something to prove. And some may have been Dead on Arrival before the voting even started.

THE RULES

Voting will remain open for one week, through Wednesday, October 7.

You may vote for up to 24 characters you want to survive the Gauntlet and advance to the Final 64.

When the votes are tallied, 24 will survive. 21 will be eliminated.

Who escapes the Chopping Block?
Who becomes an unexpected survivor?
Who gets absolutely slaughtered in the voting?
And can anyone from Dead on Arrival somehow cheat death?

You decide who lives to see the next round.

LET THE HORROR GAUNTLET BEGIN!

[Channel98]

Not being a fan of horror movies, I am unfamiliar with almost all of those – and I don't consider Svengoolie to be a horror character. I am voting for the three that I know. (Otis Driftwood and Captain Spaulding share their names with Groucho Marx movie characters.)

The Headless Horseman
The Phantom
