But it has also become a ubiquitous form of communication worldwide, so it might be more appropriate to treat it as a public space. I read this originally as free meaning "no cost", not 2nd amendment. I took it as a clever dig on the idea of charging people to communicate, not limiting what they can say, because the original comment is about charging businesses to post.That doesn't sound much like free speech to me.
