When my mom did that in 2019 I looked it up on Dr. Google and they suggested a visit to the ER was in order. When we took her there they found something else and virtually ignored the toenail so not sure how accurate Dr. Google is. But if we hadn't gone in for the toenail, my mom probably would have died. So thanx Dr. Google.

All I can do is pass on my experience and that of Dr. Google. What you do with it is up to you.

Something like that happened to John Roebling, the engineer / designer of the Brooklyn Bridge.

He was checking out the bridge during construction and his foot got run over by a car or streetcar or something. It got infected and he was bedridden, so his wife took over with the construction observation stuff.

He died. It was either from the infection, or embarrassment because his wife was doing his job for him. (Back in the day, that was all man’s work you know.)

You ever get an ingrown hair pimple after shaving? I get like 2 or 3 a year. They are super annoying like lumps...bigger than a normal pimple. I have one now on the left side of my chin and it's freaking gross. I yanked out the hair but the pimple is still there. I can't help but try to blast it open every now and then and that just makes it worse. It's usually takes like 3 or 4 days for it to go away.

Good News: Doctors Believe They May Have A Cure For Premature Ejaculation! Bad News: It Requires Zapping Your Dick With Electricity For A Half Hour!

I thought that's what foreplay was. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Robert Schimmel : So my wife said she read this article in a magazine and she said: "You know, maybe you're suffering from premature ejaculation." Yeah, does it look like I'm suffering? Those aren't tears on your belly.

I've always been told I have healthy teeth. My cardiovascular system is crap, I went gray young, I'm balding, out of shape, and have marginal vision. But I have good teeth.

Three weeks ago, I was getting swollen gums, and then the left side of my face started blowing up. I was able to see my dentist the next day. X-rays showed that I needed a root canal on a tooth that had recently gotten a crown replaced. I got a course of penicillin to take care of the infection.

Today was the root canal. It wasn't fun, but not as bad as it's reputation would suggest. I still don't understand why a person would want to specialize in performing them.

I've had two root canals. One was not painful, but certainly not fun. The other... no matter how much anesthesia was used, whenever the dentist would press that tool in there it felt like hitting a raw nerve. It was horrible.

The procedure isn't painful right? Once they anesthetize you isn't just uncomfortable? Just pressure as they are working on the tooth?
Basically, yeah. They numbed the area to the point I couldn't feel anything. But it was over an hour of constant work, all with my mouth propped open. So my throat got dry, and I had to stay still. But no pain.

Mine wasn't as bad as I was afraid it would be.

It sucks that they had to go back in and work on your grill after they just got done with it.

I had gotten a filling when I was 16 or so. When I was in my mid 40's, I had gotten a bad toothache and found out that the old filling had gone bad. NOBODY TOLD ME THAT FILLINGS CAN GO BAD!!!!! I was more disappointed about that than I was about getting the filling redone.

Because the dentist doing it is even a more sadistic bastard than a regular dentist. By specializing in root canals, he can inflict even more pain and suffering to get his jollies.
