Family sues Royal Caribbean after man allegedly served 33 drinks dies aboard cruise ship

The medical examiner wrote that the cause of death was "combined effects of mechanical asphyxia, obesity, cardiomegaly and ethanol intoxication." The report also said the injury occurred from "body compression during restraint by multiple ship security personnel" and "ingestion of ethanol."

So some fat ass got on this cruise decided to drink 33 drinks as an adult. He made that decision knowing that he's the type of guy that gets rowdy when he's drunk so shockingly he then got rowdy and the cruise staff had to subdue him the way they were trained.

And then he died.

This is on him. No one else.

That's pretty fucked up. I can't get over how he got that plastered before his room was even ready. The ship had just departed. How do you have that many drinks in such a short time? How do you have that many drinks at all? They had to use bear tranquilizer on him.

I didn't know the guy who got killed, but the suspect's record is despicable.

Fucking Christ dude. I didn't even get to the article. I'll read that after this. But anyone who is arrested a hundred times, I don't care if it's the most minor incident, If you steal as an adult 100 candy bars a hundred separate times from a gas station, you should be in jail for like 20 years because you obviously will never get it through your head that you need to obey laws.

I've read and heard about articles like this, where someone has been arrested over 30 to 50 times, and unfortunately, they end up killing someone. Personally, I believe that if someone has been arrested that many times, they should stay locked up and the key should be thrown away. Incidents like this should never happen again.

It's fitting that the picture used for AI architects being Man of the Year is a bastardized version of an iconic pic we all know.

That said, I do love Gemini. I have that, Grok, ChatGPT and Meta AI on my phone and use them all and love them. Gemini is my favorite.

Many "angry Americans" go on a shooting spree and then commit suicide. Why can't they commit suicide before going on a shooting spree? Huh? Huh?

If you're going to kill yourself, make sure you do it in a storage facility.

On January 5, 1776, New Hampshire became the first state to adopt a Constitution. The WorldAtlas website explains the origin of the state's name. And don't worry – there will not be a quiz on any of this.

"New Hampshire was named after the county of Hampshire in England. The English county of Hampshire was named after an old English word 'Hamtun.' Hamtun can roughly be translated to mean 'village-town.' The name Hamtun underwent gradual evolution to become Hampshire. The original city of Hampshire is now known as the city of Southampton.

Hampshire was once a point of departure from England. After getting out of England, travelers would get into the East Coast, which was then the entry point. This entry point was thereafter named New Hampshire, which later became one of the founder states of the United States. This happened in the early 17th century.

Captain John Mason is credited with naming the state of New Hampshire after Hampshire. John Mason was an English sailor. His wide experience in sailing made him conversant with the activities carried out in the current New Hampshire and the neighboring states such as Massachusetts. On realizing the close relationship between Hampshire and the East Coast, he decided to name the region New Hampshire."
