Sundials in most areas will not be correct on Sunday...

Actually, we are gaining an hour. So there.

I'm thinking I'm not liking it. I would be outdoors from 5-7pm getting last second sun rays. I barely passed my Vitamin D test at the beginning of October and was trying to get it naturally. Now it is too dark

I have another reason for not liking the changing of the clocks.
And it doesn't get enough attention, especially from the national media.
Aaron's blood sugar!!

If I don't eat on schedule, even a relatively small delay can send my blood sugar plummeting. On the way home from work today, I was feeling it. At this same point in my body's internal clock, I'd have been sitting down to dinner last week.

The government changed the clocks. My pancreas apparently didn't get the memo.

I propose a new advocacy organization:

The National Association for the Protection of Aaron's Dinner Schedule (NAPADS).

Our platform:

Permanent standard time.
No meetings during dinner.
Immediate recognition of biological time.
Federal investigation into why the national media has ignored this crisis.

OK, I have to explore this further. I know you're not a big traveler, but what about when you travel? People eat at different times for travel, or maybe you're on vacation and everything's happening differently. Even if you're not on vacation, things happen every day. You do things, you see people. I can't imagine that you can face the day-to-day variations of life, and never have to deal with this anyway.

I'd imagine there's treatment for this, and medication. I'm guessing there's a million people in the US that have a similar situation, and I doubt they're all coping with it by regimenting their eating schedule down to the minute every day.

Anyway, I wish you the best with it.

Reactive hypoglycemia has been a lifelong issue. I'll explain more in the Minor Ailments thread.
