The Orthopedic Surgeon says the break is really close to my elbow so no surgery is needed, not even a cast. I need to keep wearing a sling and go back in two weeks for more x-rays.Sorry to hear about your fall Aaron, I thought I heard Louisiana had an earthquake over the weekend?

Last time the Dr gave me painkillers, I couldn't poop for days.

As she got very serious about doing this, there was a period of around a year, where we (my wife and I) were really opposed to it; especially the winter hikes. But while she was never planning to stop, she did reassure us about the precautions she's taking.
That video, however, was mind-blowing to me when I first saw it; which (of course) was well after she had done it. To me, it's absolutely insane.

That's crazy for sure. I'm not completely afraid of heights, but I respect the hell out of them.
I would cautiously do some of that stuff, but not all of it. A video of me climbing out on to some of those ledges like that would be hysterical to watch.

this is a crazy GTA in real life video of a guy escaping a helicopter tracking him. its long but a fun watch.
i guess cops dont chase in philly, they just track with the bird and wait for the guy to crash or give up before responding.
who knows what the guy was doing before the video started but it seems to me he wasnt doing anything all that crazy until after he realized the helicopter was following him.
