It looks like he was expecting the stairs off the stage to be to his right.
You could see him laughing when he was talking to someone once he finally sorted it out.

Every time they have a story about it, they have to have a paragraph explaining what an eclipse is, and why it happens. Then they explain how it is safe to view a lunar eclipse with your naked eyes. I think it safe to say that the average Canadian/American viewer is a moron.

Mister IRBS, I know Justin Trudeau was never dumb enough to do this:

Donald Trump stares at the sun, without eye protection, during solar eclipse

They also explain that the moon normally has a milky white sheen, in case you've never seen it. But I found this advice to be the most useful:

Not everyone will be able to catch a glimpse of the total lunar eclipse because it needs to be nighttime to see it, said Noah Petro, chief of NASA's Planetary Geology, Geophysics and Geochemistry Lab.

That's nothing short of shocking and fascinating; and if they hadn't listed this guy's credentials, I'd be rather hesitant to believe him.

I wonder if he said it with a straight face?

I don't really want to research this so I'll ask you guys, why do Bezos and Branson want to be in space? Like what's their goal? I know Musk has long term plans for Mars and currently is creating that Starlink system that is actually making the world a better place. Just look at Ukraine. Thanks to Starlink, Putin can't knock out their internet and thus their flow of information. All ya need is a power source (which can be a household generator) that small satellite dish and a computer and you can get online. It's really kinda neat. And of course Musk isn't doing it all out of generosity. He's making tons of money w/NASA contracts and it strokes his ego, but at least it seems like he has somewhat noble intentions.
