Also, that dash-cam is recording the entire time the guy drives his car. So 99.999% of what it's recording is regular, boring shit.

The report suggested the motorcyclist was pointing. He wasn't pointing. The minivan driver was wrong and when caught deserves what he gets but the motorcyclist certainly stirred the pot. It is almost always better to back down on a roadway particularly if you are vulnerable in a motorcycle.
