Watch Out For That...

Here is an update from WBRZ-Channel 2 in Baton Rouge (which is French for "idiot truck driver"):

"The Denham Springs Police Department said the worker suffered only minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital because he had a harness on. Denham Springs Police are investigating whether or not charges will be filed. The incident is still under investigation by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development because the light where the crash happened is operated by the state. "

Each year in the United States, 40 to 50 people die from yellowjacket stings. Most of them die from anaphylactic shock, an allergic reaction that can result from a single sting. This boy was stung more than 150 times. Yikes!

When I was a child, I got stung by either a yellow jacket, hornet or wasp and I got an allergic reaction which I had a hard time breathing. What I recall is that I got rushed to a hospital or something and got medical attention which they got me breathe again. Now I'm extremely careful around them and carry an EpiPen every now and then. That was one of the scarcest moments of my life.

I got stung more than enough times when I was a kid. I even got stung on the eyelid once.
Other than it sucking and the sting swelling up and hurting for a few days, it was never that bad.

I got stung 3 times on a construction site once. None of the other guys I was with got stung. All we could figure out was that I was wearing a black shirt and they were all wearing light colored shirts. I took a Benadryl and the effects from the stings went away pretty quickly.

One night, I was walking in the hallway, which was dark and somehow, I stepped on a scorpion. Which causes temporary paralysis or muscle weakness on one side of my body.

This might sound like something from a horror film. Another time, I felt something on me in bed. I went to that bathroom and found one on me. Which totally freaked me out. Lucky, I didn't get stung by that one. So, bee venom almost kills me, but scorpion venom only hurts for a few hours.

That just makes me want to do the Prince Batdance!

Ok edits before I even post. I thought the 89 joker dropped money from a helicopter but he and his men throw money from a parade float while Batman is in his Batplane.

EDIT 2, for as much as I know The Dark Knight, I really don't know 89 batman facts very well. Batdance wasn't in the movie. But Prince also did Partyman and that is the track that plays during the coolest Joker scene in the flick.
