What Does This Have To Do With The Show?

The guy I cannot stand is that wrestling idiot on College GameDay. It's obvious (to me) that they're grooming him to be the "next" Lee Corso, aka the "wild, unhinged" guy.

But why does American Sports TV insist on having crossover people? There's no other retired college football coach they could get...really?

I keep hearing how the Fox pregame show is better, bla bla bla and I kind of actually know Rob Stone (he knows me somewhat), so I probably should switch...but I've got a sense of loyalty.

It's that same sense of loyalty that has me listen to all those...hang on, there's a knock at the door.

I do still like the Sunday Morning NFL Countdown during the season. Sam Ponder, Rex Ryan, Hasselbeck, etc.
I’ve never turned away to watch CBS or Fox for NFL pregame coverage.

Fox lost it when James Brown went to CBS. Terry and JB...a bit before my time, but those two together were excellent.

But Fox in general? They could tune down the obnoxious bit a touch. That includes that loudmouth Gus Johnson.

Oooo!!! They have a PODCAST!!!

Didn't Howard once say something about how any idiot can start a podcast, but how it takes real talent to actually retain listeners?

Andrea: "Hey everyone! I'm Andrea!"
Bethany: "And I'm Bethany!"
Andrea: "And this is the Hey Now! Podcast!"
Bethany: "Where we talk about everything Howard Stern!"
Andrea: "We even take guesses as to what Howard could be doing in the future."

It's utterly annoying, but somehow it'd have a few million people. Guaranteed. Because two ditzy/hot blonde influencers and their microphones.

The 5/29 episode of Inside Edition talked about how Desmond Howard was on a plane, clearing his throat. Someone told him to wear a mask, etc.

They played a recent clip of Dr. Agus...and as soon as they said "Agus" I knew they'd play a clip of him talking to Howard. It was how Dr. Agus puts his own mask on.

I saw a movie today that talked about how ancient Egyptians told time using the stars.

One of the parts mentioned the phases of the moon, the sun, etc. It was straight out of that show moment when Sal didn't know where the sun went at night.

Someone I know is visiting Manhattan. He asked what the best pizza is there.

Artie would suggest 20 places while Richard would find the nearest Papa John's.

Someone jokingly did suggest Pizza Hut.
