At least Switchfoot would be better then most of those non-name bands/singers on that Coachella stage. They have couple hit songs like:
Meant To Live, Dare You To Move and Live It Well.
Don't be embarrassed that a great band comes from your country. You should be proud that singers like Celine Dion, Justin Beaver, Avril Lavigne and Shania Twain comes from Canada.
I didn't mention Christina Aguilera? Even though she was born not far from Canada.

It's been over couple of months, since my last posts and as I had an interesting past 2 months. Beside all of this damn pandemic going around which didn't effect me, nor any of my family or friends. I did moved out and lived with three roommates for at least couple of months, well mainly I was tired of arguing and taking care of my mom for nearly 40 years as my other family members refuse to help out every so often.
But now I'm back home again, because the roommates situation wasn't working out. I knew this one guy for couple of years, before he recently got married to this other guy. I tried to get along with him the new husband as best as I can. But seems like he always gave me the cold shoulder and was like Raj from the Big Bang always whispering in his ear and never communicating to me.
We had some random issues and my good friend always notice I was totally respectful towards him. The new husband knew I use to date him couple of times. But it didn't work out, but we mainly stayed as good friends. But I believe when I was there I was approaching his territory on his man. Well partly because we work together when I was living there. Because he runs a business in his house and I was working side by side with him, as the new husband had no interest in his business. The new husband usually complained as a joke. That I usually spend more time with him and thought we were having an affair.
Instead I was getting to know the other roommate pretty good if you know what I mean.
Either way I was tired of this damn drama and stupid bickering and decided to move out and temporary move back home with my mom for a few months until I can save up for an apartment on my own and wait for couple major credit issues to come off my credit report. I rather deal with my mom, then this damn roommate. One of the main reasons, he married him. So he can get his green card. They supposedly love each other, even though I notice they sleep in separate beds and did some things together. I had a better relationship with my good friend, then he did. I think the marriage won't last for nearly a year and they go there separate ways.
Well that was my soap opera drama for nearly couple of months. How has everybody been doing here?

Over the weekend I participated in the protest rally in downtown Phoenix. Plus it was good to see some of my soccer buddies again.

Sorry to hear that you've been dealing with all of the drama, but it sounds like you're starting to distance yourself from it.
Glad that you were in the peaceful demonstrations, and not the crazy ones too.
Other than a little smack-talk about sports, we're pretty well drama free.

So far 2020 has been a roller coaster of a year for me.
I started off with new 20/20 vision with new glasses and contacts. Lost well over 20 pounds. Knocked out a lot of debt, temporary moved out and moved back home.
Now a new chapter is about to happen this weekend. I am moving again and it's officially a place I can call home.
