Lat week when I ordered the Apple watch series 3, I been looking at the Apple airpods. Since my last Bluetooth headphones died out on me. I bought them over the weekend and I been using them all week and really like them. They have about 5 hours of use, but the storage unit can hold a charge for 24 hours. Once they start dying, I simply put the airpods back in the unit for 15 minutes and gives me another 3 hours of use. So I totally get a good 8+ hours of usage a day out of them.

I just received an email, that my Apple watch is ready to be shipped. Now I'm waiting for the carrier to pick it up and ship it to me. I suppose to receive it the 2nd week of October, maybe I could receive it sooner? Again here the series 3 model, what it suppose to look like.

That is pretty poor battery life for headphones. I charge my bose Bluetooth noise cancelling ones for a couple hours every 3-4 days. 5 hours is not nearly enough.

I am concerned these are too light. I also would be concerned about the fit as Apple headphones don't fit me well. These look to be the same.

But don't let me rain on your parade. I hope you enjoy them.

I can totally understand what you are saying and that what I thought in the beginning it had a poor battery life. But I had a former coworker, who bought a pair and after she had them for couple of weeks, she loved them.

I did ask her quite a few questions, but the case can hold a 24 hour charge. You don't need to charge the case every few days, depends on how much you use them. It a force a habit for me for now, to charge them everyday. But I have notice at the end of the day, the case is anywhere from 75% to 80% plus. So I'll try and not charge them tonight and see how much battery life, I can get by end of the work day on Friday. Also the case is like the size of a dental floss container.

The headphones can last 5 hours, but once you put the airpods back in the case for 15 minutes, you can get an extra 3 extra hours of battery life pretty fast. So technically they can last the whole work day. The airpods may feel a little extra weight, with the gadgets in it. They might look weird on you, but they feel and fit pretty just right in my ears. They are just like the old earbuds but without the cord.

The sound comes in pretty great and I haven't had any issues talking people through them. Once you take one airpod out of your ear, the music pauses until you put the airpod back in. You tap on the side, if you want to access siri. But there is no volume control. You have to use your phone or watch to control the volume or talk to siri and adjust the volume like found in the link below.

So I'm totally satisfied and would recommend them, if you like the old Apple's earbuds. If you want to go cordless. They airpods can also work with my watch, macbook and any other devices that can use bluetooth like Androids.

Last week, I made a Boston Cream Pie and it came out a disaster. Today, I took another attempt and came out much better, beside the cream starting to come out. I'm using a springform pan to hold everything in place now.

It still says on the truck for delivery, I even called the carrier company and they can’t tell me where my package at? All they say it will be delivered tonight, which I’m calling BS! It’s already past 7pm my time.

Seeing it is supposed to be delivered today but then waiting in vain would drive me crazy. It's only a extra day wait and really not a big deal at all but at the same time it freaking awful.

I had the opposite situation yesterday. Amazon told me FIFA 18 was going to be delivered today but it showed up last night. Really awesome but since it told me today I didn't check the tracking until this morning. I could have been playing it last night but missed out. Life is tough for middle class white men in their 30's who still play video games.

Yea it driving me crazy, I contacted the carrier again and the customer rep said, "It will guarantee be delivered tonight" the driver has a lot of packages and running late and they have no delivery window. The package is coming from a major carrier, not one of those non-name carriers. My luck, when I go to bed the package will finally arrive.

I don't trust Amazon delivery, my last package I ordered never showed. I contacted Amazon, to cancel my order and received an refund and they extended my free prime for an extra month, which I'm not really using. Because I know the loophole in there system to get free prime all the time.

Also, I wish I could still get into video games. I still have my old PS3, old NES, SNES and Wii consoles which I never play anymore.

Prime shipping has nearly a perfect record with me. Those batteries, plus FIFA getting here on Sun instead of the Fri release day even though I pre-ordered it are the only 2 issues I've had with them.

When I did my last post, finally the damn carrier driver showed up to my house to deliver my watch. Now I have my new watched all sync up and trying to get the cellular going on the watch and the AT&T customer rep was useless and didn't know what she was doing. Now I need to recontact them, if I can still get hold of somebody tonight?

I do know Amazon has a have a monthly plan, instead paying for a whole year. But I hardly order anything from Amazon, so being a prime member is very useless for me. The loophole is creating a new fake account every time, that how I always get free prime membership.

I contacted AT&T tech support again and they were so useless tonight. My watch says, the cellular is linked to my phone, but I don't see cell bars on the watch. I walked away from my phone and called my number and my watch answers. But I don't know if it answering via wi-fi or cellular. I'll have to go to my local AT&T store or maybe better yet an Apple store to figure this out?

I did more research this morning and my watch is connected to the cellular network. This is what my watch face looked like most of the time. Because it was reading my iPhone or wi-fi.

The Cellular button turns white when your cellular plan is active, but your watch is connected to your iPhone using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.


Now I'm at work and I step away from my phone and my watch looks more like this.

The Cellular button turns green when you have a connection. The green dots show the signal strength. So everything finally working now!

Is it the same weight as the old one? What can you do with it if you don't have your phone and are in a spot with no wifi?
