My wife keeps wanting to do that. I don't want the neighbors thinking we're nuts, right off the bat.

That reminds me of a funny story, when my younger daughter was in middle school. She had a friend over, and my wife was out, but we talked on the phone. My wife said to me "If her friend wants to sleep over, that's fine", so I relayed that message to my daughter. She turned to her friend, and said "My dad wants to know if you want to sleep over". It's become a classic line among us.

The builder is stick-framing the master bedroom wing and the garage. They also poured the garage and basement floors.

Just realized my reply to you didn't post. The window order got delayed due to the builder tweaking the specs multiple times.

That said, it's been out in the rain for a month, so I don't think it much matters now. They won't do any interior work until it's enclosed.

I have the same issue with "purchase & sales" agreements, which are referred to as the "P and S", and realtors say it a lot, and really fast. Especially when you have to "extend the P and S", which happens quite often.
