This could have gone in the hot weather thread or the cold weather thread....

Imagine 91 on Monday, and only a high of 37 and snow the very next day.

It's 10:15 PM and the temperature here in Glendale is 97°, after a high of 114°. Ugh! Tomorrow, highs in the mid-90s are expected at the beaches! The beaches! Mid-90s! It's the end of the world as we know it!

This morning was glorious. I started my morning walk around 6:30 and is was only around 74! Still humid as can be, but better than 80's and just as humid.

It's turned into a not so warm Labour Day weekend. Highs about 22C (76F). But sunny. According to the Weather Speculation Network the cool air is thanks to some typhoon in SE Asia setting off a chain reaction.

Pretty soon, people in Los Angeles County will be going to Death Valley to cool off.

Los Angeles County records highest-ever temperature
The 121° high temperature at Woodland Hills was the highest temperature ever recorded
in L.A. County as well as Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Dayum!! I better call my grandfolks in LA. We had heavy gusts from wildfires all around us yesterday. It looked like red dawn around here. At the beach it was beautiful but after we left pots were shot through wooden fences and the fire pit concrete blocks were knocked over somehow?!?! The leaf pick up season has gotten off to an early start which is a positive.

The local news here in Orlando just ran a story about how it went from 70's to snowing in CO over the past 2 days, hah.
