When you guys were teens didn't you do stupid shit like that? I never got it up to 132 but when I was a teen on straightaways on the highway my Pontiac had a max speed of like 140 and I definitely got it up to 105 a couple times but only for like 30 seconds at a time.

I have always sped some. Never more than 30kph over the posted limit. When I was 17 I was pulled over for drag racing down Albert Street in Regina, SK in a friend's parents car. They made me go spread eagle on the back hood and scared the shit out of me but no ticket or citation. Apparently I also didn't stop when he had tapped my car. I didn't hear that (the music was too loud). My back seat passenger apparently did and didn't see it necessary to share the information. So the cops were pissed. I still don't know how I got off that evening. Other than I think the whole setup was entrapment. I think they planted a car which would challenge kids at a red light to a race. Then they stop the other driver.

One would be driving and the other would be in the passenger seat and the driver would take his seat and put it all the way back so he couldn't see anything and then the passenger would take control of the wheel and tell the guy controlling the pedals when to speed up or slow down.

But perhaps the craziest thing I did was keep up with a friend with our motorcycles, going along the Merrimack River in Lowell. We topped 100 in a 35-40 mph zone in the middle of the day.
