Speaking of Wendy's, this chili training music video is straight fire!

I didn't watch it, cause I'm not 14 anymore yet I'm still positive this is better than anything at last night's VMA's x1,000,000.

I just tried McDonald's limited time spicy Mcnuggets. The spice level is just right to me. Not overly spicy or not enough. The sauce on the other hand is super spicy.

No freaking way.
What are you supposed to eat while you're waiting?

I would want to try I&O, but could get by for another couple of months till the hubbub dies down.

Scotch, you look a bit different here than in the previous pics you've posted of yourself.

Not a restaurant but still fast food: I like those Tai Pei frozen Chinese meals that come in what kinda looks like a regular Chinese takeout box. They're $2.50 for 11 ounces and I like to add a couple scrambled eggs and some diced tomato. Problem is they are over 500 calories per box w/o my add ons and I'm trying to eat like 1200/day so I can't be eating them too often. They are good though.

Not for me.

That's my sodium allowance for like 3 days. Also, it's got enough protein, fat, and calories without the eggs. But please enjoy it yourself.

I know salt can add body fat but for the most part it adds water weight which I'm not concerned about since I sweat it out every day by hauling my ass around town for 10 miles.

These days (and I mean as of a few days ago) I'm going strictly by calories. My Garmin says I burn about 650 on a walk. x2 is 1300. So if I eat fewer calories than I burn each day, I will continue to lose weight. Thus my 1200 benchmark.

I hear ya and that's a good point. But for me, by far the main reason I'm doing all this is to simply to not look fat anymore. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay secondary to that is any sort of health benefits.

Well your dad lived a long life, so you have that going for ya. Have you had your cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure checked?
