Since Kroenke already owns almost every sports team in Denver, here’s his next acquisition: the Los Angeles Angels of Denver, the new baseball team replacing the Rockies. There’s already been talk about the Angels moving somewhere else in the L.A. area, like Long Beach or Inglewood.

Unless the stadium lease is renegotiated, the Angels have to stay in Anaheim through December 31, 2032. The team has options on two more three-year extensions that could keep them in Anaheim through 2038.
