I don't own any of my old watches anymore. I have been missing my old collection and have been looking online lately at certain ones. I'm not going to go crazy and own nearly a dozen like I had the last time. I plan on owning at least 6 kinds of watches. I narrowed the variety of types down for myself. I recall posting some old pics many pages ago if they were still there. I want to get some similar ones that I had. I still like my Apple watch; I have been getting a bit tired of bit and certain bands don't match it. The types of watches I want to get are:

Leather bands - Black and Brown, possibly blue one?
Gray or Silver chronograph, would love it in a Blue dial
Black chronograph
Two-tone band color
Maybe a mesh band
Some kind luxury watch, like I use to own a Bulova. In my dreams, would love to own a Omega.

New Update: I scrolled through the old pages and not one pic of my old watches. I did mention certain types of brands and models. That should somewhat help me out.

These are the leather band collection, I been admiring. In the past, I wouldn't mind owning a Fossil watch and I love the brown and blue leather bands with the dial colors.

This is the black leather band from Citizen. I might do a either a quartz or eco-drive. Nice thing about the eco-drive is not have to worry about changing the battery often. Which I use to own in the past.

Did you sell them all, or give them away?

I love the brown and blue leather bands with the dial colors.
I also like a blue dial with brown leather, although I don't have that exact combination in my collection. But I do have these two:

The one on the left is my go-to summer vacation watch. The blue dial one gets used year-round, whenever I'm wearing a blue shirt or suit.

If I was extremely wealthy, I'd have one of these, probably over $10k:

In the past my brother-in-law always admired my collection, I gave him most of my old watches. There is couple, I wouldn't mind owning back. Whether he parts way with them or not. I did find out there were some he didn't care for and got rid of them. Which I didn't appreciate, he could ask me if I might wanted them back.

I like the silver band with blue dial. Something I would like to own again. The bottom watch, I seen some like it, but damn $10k for a watch. The most I probably paid was something like around $500.

That's an interesting looking band. Looks like it's made of rubber with a clasp. The dial looks nice, looks like the numbers glow at night.

I would probably think any watch over $1k would be considered luxury. To me certain watches that I plan on getting soon. I guess the category for them are fashionable, I don't care they are going to be fancy to me.

Since I'll be rejoining the health care field in the not too distant future (the I.T. field in my area SUCKS!) I'll need to buy a manual watch with hands in order to take vital signs with (which I've noticed rarely happens in any health care environment since all the vital machines are digital), so my Apple Watch is out of the question for certification training. Although I was recently hospitalized for bowel obstruction and noticed ALL of the medical personnel (Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, you name it!) wearing Apple watches, with no exceptions. No Androids or regular watches to be found. I suppose once you're out of training there are no requirements for that sort of thing.

It is rubber. Back when the watch was designed as a sponsor to the Williams BMW F1 team, the F1 regulations dictated grooved tires (instead of slicks). And so the band looks a lot like one of those tires.

And then the clasps are made of solid stainless, and act like a suspension piece on a car, allowing it to pivot between the watch case and the band. It's definitely for car/watch geeks like me.

I've worked in a lot of closed and classified areas, where they don't allow any phones or smartwatches. So it's actually useful to wear a real watch.

Hi, my name is Wolf and I might have an watch shopping addition?

After work, I went to an outlet mall to check out some Fossil watches. Being an outlet store, I got a really good deal. They were selling Fossil watches 2 for $150 and the Armani Exchange and Michael Kors for $99 each. When I bought all 4 watches a little over $350. So I treated myself a little extra to the Citizen watch.

I do realize since it is an outlet store, they are the real brands. But a downgrade version if you find these at a retail store. I don't care; they look affordable fashion to me. In the real world, nobody will know, and I will probably get some good quality comments on them.

I like the Citizen on the right and the Fossil next to it.
Thanks, that Fossil is probably my favorite. The brown band with blue tone and that Citizen leather band. I'm surprised it isn't black; it’s some kind of gray color.

The all-black Michael Kors, the dial might be hard to read far away. But the dial is like a light black tone which compliments it. Plus I own a Michael Kors balck suit and grew up watching him on Project Runway. The other Fossil is the classic brown leather, blue dial and gold tone. The Armani Exchange is totally different. The one I wanted above is sold only online. It is kind of risky buying it if I don't like it. How can I return it? I'm old-fashioned, I would rather see and feel it in person. The Armani is a blue leather band with a rose gold accent to it. It might look kind of feminism but being gay. I love the colors on it. Plus, this is what I found online.

^This. But they're all nice, a good variety. At one time, I got hooked on that black-anodized chrono look, like the one in the middle. I ended up finding this Hamilton at a discount. It has subtle orange accents.

That pretty nice looking. The dial on the left side might bug me.

Now this type of orange trim on a watch I like with the blue mesh band. It's a Lilienthal Berlin Chronograph Blue Orange.

Purple is also another color starting to become one of my favs. I saw this the Benjamin James - Royal Purple - Scarifour Rectangular Sports/Dress Watch. They have an orange one as well, but I prefer the purple one.

I don't wear it that often, and I have other quirky watches, so it's not a big deal. Since it's a quartz, I don't need to fiddle with it much. But it's the only watch that's made specifically for daylight saving time. When you go to adjust the date, the hour-hand moves an hour at a time, while the minute-hand stays put.

That is nice, but being left-handed, the dial on the left side is pretty much the norm, and pretty much the reason why I do wear Apple Watch since it's reversible. Not a lot of watches have that option.

I don't know about overtly confidential and classified, but I have worked in some high-security environments (have had Public Trust and Secret Clearances in the past) that didn't have an issue with it. I suppose it would be different the higher you go, especially with a security clearance second only to God.

Lat night, I was thinking. I probably over did it in the watches yesterday. So, I had a good intervention in my head. Lucky enough, the Fossil store allowed me to return couple of the watches. As long they weren't worn and had everything originally with it. The two watches on the far left got return. The classic brown leather, blue dial and gold tone. The Armani Exchange with the blue leather band with a rose gold accent.

I kept the Michael Kors, and I found my brown leather watch. I still like the Fossil Grant collection blue band below which is only sold online. I'll have to do more research on it. If I end up ordering it, is there is a return policy if I don't care for it?

Maybe you should start looking at square watches. I think we have an expert on that.

I got myself a Hamilton Khaki Aviator as a treat when I got my current job a couple of years ago. Absolutely love it.

I like that one. The Mrs got me a grey Lilienthal for my birthday a couple of years ago. I like it.
The inner dial by the 6 o-clock has a sliver of a meteorite in it. Lilienthal picked up where Skagen dropped off when they sold out to Fossil.
