I love Les. The other guys don’t get enough credit for being able to hang with him. I’ve seen them twice (once with Buckethead) and would love to see them again.

Sherbert is NOT and NEVER WILL BE ice cream.
That is a creative and catchy song, among several on 90125. But when I revisit it now (along with Big Generator), the songs all have a certain sound. I give them credit for moving forward from their vintage sound, but there's a sameness, and the synth drum is hard to accept from them.

I have to thank the album's producer, who suggested they take their little tour-bus-a-capella "throw it into the middle of another song" ditty and flesh it out into its own full track. BTW this whole album is great. A perfect soundtrack to shooting pool!

I love this album. I think it's Trevor Rabin that makes the difference for me. Yes was great before him, but he added that polish and production quality always draws me in. I like his Can't Look Away album too.
I forgot all about that song. It was fun. It's a summertime drinking on a patio song for me.

For some levity, I was playing Quiplash a couple weeks ago and the prompt was "The worst song for a stripper to strip to", and someone put this as their answer - and I laughed for a solid minute. I love a "that's so wrong!" answer.

And on the other hand, here's a song that I've always felt would make a perfect stripper song. You know how they come out on stage several times, wearing less each time, and getting bolder and bawdier (is it just me)? The song is perfect for that.
It's a great song, but I think Thom Yorke would take me out of the moment.
