Nope, he had much worse things to deal with.

Brown has a long and storied history of drug abuse, admitting repeatedly that he used marijuana and abused alcohol and cocaine. He also became addicted to crack and heroin in the 1990s, Whitney Houston told MTV. Brown was arrested repeatedly during the height of his musical career and hit with citations for engaging in lewd conduct for pretending to engage in sexual activity with female audience members onstage. But he was arrested for a number of other even more serious crimes also, including DUI, DWI and drug possession, earning him a reputation of being a bad boy. When pulled over for the 1996 DUI, he was also charged with resisting arrest for cursing at police officers. In 2003, Bobby Brown was arrested for allegedly abusing Houston.

I'm listening to H101 and here's a bit from 2007 when they played Denis Leary's "Asshole" song. Of course, that was used for the Miserable Men theme song.

Now they're playing Adam Sandler's "At A Medium Pace" song and here's a lyric:

"You see that shampoo bottle
Now stick it up my ass
Push it in and out at a medium pace"

**Something about FistFest here.**

I believe Howard is on vacation the week of Monday, 10/10.

The Mets got swept on Sunday night. The Howard Stern Vacation Death Curse is in full-effect! (Even though it kind of stopped being a thing circa 2011 when he went to three days a week.)

Tiki Tow Main!

You're tuckin me!

After that bit, I skipped back and heard a bit where Eric the Actor tried to have phone sex. Howard was telling him what to say and, naturally, he wasn't really going along with it.

As usual, it was good radio.

Private Parts is on the Showtime app. I get it via the Paramount+ app. I'm sure it's also on the regular Showtime channels too.

If there was any glimmer of hope that former guest Donald Trump would come back to the show, I think it disappeared today.

With that said, go back and watch video of him on the show. When the hell did he become the size of High-Pitch?

Things that I'm glad the show has moved on from:

Wack Packers announcing what's coming on today's show. "On today's show, Howard has....take it away Howard!"

The panels. Ugh. The good thing? There'd be several weeks of live shows, then they'd do a "panel to clean out the computer" and you knew the next week would be a vacation week. Oddly enough, he and Conan O'Brien had a similar schedule. When one of them was off, the other would be off soon enough.

Remember the shusher? Howard had someone going around the office to get people to quiet down. I still think it's crazy that he designed the complex and didn't have a door directly from the studio to his office. He'd have all the doors closed so as to make an unimpeded hallway from the studio to his office...then rag on Oprah for doing the same thing.

TMW they ask you to sign your name on a steel beam (one of those "topping off" things) so you go with "Baba Booey!"

For some reason, I had a dream last night involving a hybrid of reality and fiction. Years ago, I think it was Stuttering John and Artie (others like Rev Bob maybe?) came to a comedy club for a few shows.

It was discussed on the show...they went out after the show and Artie ordered a ton of food and apparently ate even more food back at the hotel.

So I had this weird dream last night that Artie, John (I think), Richard Christy and for some odd reason MarksFriggin and I think even MfB were doing a impromptu meet and greet at this comedy club. I got to talk to them about the last time they had come and how funny that was on the show when Artie ate all that crazy amount of food. They were all sitting around a square table with a giant hole in the middle and I remember noticing how disgustingly fat Artie was and how tall/skinny MarksFriggin was.

For some reason, Richard was clean and not gross... MfB wasn't screaming like she usually is, but she was rather calm and collected.
