I use a lot of light fixtures from Acuity.
I haven't run into any problems with their stuff yet, but that's a cool looking problem.

I guess this is car talk cause I only notice it when I'm driving. The lights aren't as purple as the look on this article but they def have a purple hue to them. I simply assumed it was some sort of new type of safety feature or something. Turns out is just a manufacturer defect.

Delayed reply to the topic, but after Ida knocked down most of the streetlights around here, they replaced mostly white/yellow tinted bulbs with orange tinted bulbs.
 
We have a gas shortage here thanks to the flooding last week in Broward and Miami Dade counties. Our officials are useless. I've read two articles about it and in both of them the officials say oh no, there's no gas shortage. Yet I tried to get gas yesterday and had to go to three different stations before one actually had gas. So that was fun.
 
My car started getting a “Tire Pressure Sensor Fault Error” message over the last couple of weeks. The pressure is fine, but it’s going to be a drag scheduling to get in the shop for them to change the battery or whatever it is.
 
Do you guys have like fancy towns around you where the gas is like a dollar more just because you're driving to their city limits? Really stupid right?

Do not ever live at public storage and honestly don't drive into public storage in your own car. There are nails everywhere and I'm one of the good employees like I pick them up all the time. Most of the employees kind of suck and nails/screws abound. My car currently has two nails in it's tires. My tires are going to be more plugs than actual tires soon enough
 
Mister JHDK, gasoline prices throughout California don't vary by much except in the snooty coastal town of Big Sur, where a gallon of gas typically costs around two dollars more than in other cities. But in June of 2022, a Chevron station in Mendocino, a coastal town south of Fort Bragg, was selling a gallon of gas for $9.60, more than three dollars above the state's average! A gallon of premium was selling for $9.90! And when I say "selling," I'm not implying anyone was dumb enough to buy it at that price.

2 bucks more? Forget that $9 guy. He was obviously an outlier, but that's what I'm saying in fancy towns. Somehow they're just allowed to overpriced their gas

The variation in prices is affected by where a station is located regarding customer volume, proximity to highways, and competition. I don't think anyone cares about what the residents of a town earn. But land costs and property taxes might have an effect.

Hopefully I can manage to avoid that. The nails thing too.

That makes sense like property taxes and all of that. But just take a look at like Gatlinburg Tennessee. It's the one tourist area in Tennessee and their gas is like $2. More expensive than if you drive 10 miles out of town. Doesn't that just seem not right, but like you said, I guess it costs a lot more to live in Gatlinburg than it does if you live 10 miles out of town
