Meh, well I don't see myself marrying this current one so maybe I'll give them to her at some point. That way if it comes out (which I still don't think it will) it won't be the biggest deal in the world.

Yesterday I jogged a bit and did a 11:22 mile. I thought that was pretty good so I came here to check and turns out my previous record was 11:14. So it wasn't good enough.

This morning I was determined to beat that 11:14 and wound up clocking a new record of 10:19!
(I'm making it large and bold so it will be easy for me to find when I inevitably refer back here in a month or two.)

That's pretty good. My next goal will be to get it into the single digits.

I really want to do one of those Run Disney 5K's when they come back. I'm pretty positive I can do it and not be last. If I do one mile around 11 minutes and all the rest around 15 (which I can do just walking fast) that should be more than enough for me to be in the middle of the pack.

I'm shooting for average!

Ha. I'm down to XL and 36 waist now. I used to be 4XL and 44 waist when I was 300. Just got a t-shirt today for a whopping $6.50 at Walmart. I like those polyester T's. They say "sweat wicking" or whatever but all that really means is 100% polyester.

Even on regular days I can go +/- like 5 lbs per day. 5 up I mean, I never go 5 down in a day. 1.5 max.

Yes. Severe drinking has been happening these past few days.

I seem to have a cycle. I go to Disney, come home and wind up on a bender. Probably something I need to look into at some point.

And let's not forget that overall I'm a fatso. I have to work very hard to pretend to not be a fatty.

Well I broke up w/Kea, I'm still not over the previous one I was in love with, I only get to see my family like once a year thanks to Covid. Disney is kinda the only thing in my life that makes me happy...And Athena.

I know I'm kinda being facetious but also not. The only times I really feel joy these days is when I drive into the parks.
