So I had a discussion with a friend. We debated what groups of people have had it the worst in the history of the world and what groups have had it the worst in the history of just the United States.

We wound up agreeing that the Jews have had it the worst of all mankind and African Americans have had it the worst in the history of America.

The America part got heated between Indians and Africans but we settled on African Americans. I mean the Trail of Tears and all that was rough but there's no beating slavery for winning the oppressed battle.

You all agree?

Name 1 circuit court federal judge. I mean they are kinda important but I cant name one. I see in articles all the time that like the 9th circuit made whatever decision. They are just under the Supremes right? And i'm not talking about Diana. Naming all 9 supreme justices is easy. But the circuit judges make the decisions that most of the time the supreme court doesn't care to give a hearing so their opinions just become precedent.
