So I had a discussion with a friend. We debated what groups of people have had it the worst in the history of the world and what groups have had it the worst in the history of just the United States.

We wound up agreeing that the Jews have had it the worst of all mankind and African Americans have had it the worst in the history of America.

The America part got heated between Indians and Africans but we settled on African Americans. I mean the Trail of Tears and all that was rough but there's no beating slavery for winning the oppressed battle.

You all agree?

So I guess the worst of the worst would be Sammy Davis Jr.

Name 1 circuit court federal judge. I mean they are kinda important but I cant name one. I see in articles all the time that like the 9th circuit made whatever decision. They are just under the Supremes right? And i'm not talking about Diana. Naming all 9 supreme justices is easy. But the circuit judges make the decisions that most of the time the supreme court doesn't care to give a hearing so their opinions just become precedent.

without looking it up. I'm def gonna spell some names wrong but I got all 9

roberts
Thomas
Kenji
kegan
bret
Amy
alito

hahah shit I am struggling with the last 2...

Sonia

shit, who's the 9th? I guess it's not as easy as I thought.

K I had to look it up. The one I was missing was Neil.

They mentioned this on the radio this morning.
I literally laughed out loud.

This bartender sells Hurricane Slap Shots.
You order a Hurricane shot
She throws a bucket of water in your face to recreate the rain
then slaps you in the face to simulate the storm.
$30
She makes enough money to only work 45 days a year and lives on a boat.

It sounds good. I imagine it's a "limited edition" flavor like Dark Berry Dr Pepper – which I really liked – and will be in stores for only two or three months.

Mountain Dew Purple Thunder was exclusive to Circle K stores beginning in 2022 and has been sold at Kroger, Ralphs, Fred Meyer and Food 4 Less markets since February 2024.
