The Random Post Thread

I'm flipping through the channels, and I see that there's a series on TLC called MILF Manor. Now I'm aware that TLC (The Learning Channel) veered away from learning a long time ago. They have shows about fat people and midgets and all sorts of other things that don't seem like learning. But with MILF Manor, it seems like they'd be legally required to change the name of their network.

I want To Learn Considerable amounts about MILFs and their manor.

MILF Manor: The first season of the show featured eight single women between the ages of 40 and 60 living in a villa in Mexico to pursue romantic relationships with eight single men several decades younger.

Sounds like Cougar Manor to me. Who forgot to grab the Bon Jovi CD?

Hehehehehehe

"Franenpenis"

I'm a Texas fireman who got my member enlarged and I've never told my wife... inside the astonishing rise of the 'Frankenpenis'

Kenny, a firefighter from Texas , got penis filler eight years ago. His wife still has no idea. It's his not-so-little secret. As a single guy in the dating scene, Kenny struggled for years with erectile dysfunction and he was getting frustrated with local urology clinics offering to write him a Viagra prescription and rush him out the door.

My girth was enhanced when Wolf came back to DRC a few days ago.

I was at work with a new guy who's something like 35 and somehow Lorena Bobbitt came up and he didn't know who that was because I was a kid when it happened, so he was tiny I guess. Anyway me explaining it to him made me think of how just batshit crazy that whole thing was.

Here is basically a direct quote of how I explained it:

"This guy was beating on his wife which isn't the fun part but it's good to know. One night she got pissed, cut his dick off when he was sleeping and threw it in the backyard. He then went and found it, they sewed it back on him and a few years later he did porn."

I think that basically sums it up and that is so hilariously crazy. What a great story.

And now, as Paul Harvey would say, here is the rest of the story:

John Wayne Bobbitt, whose wife famously chopped off his penis, has toes amputated due to infection from contaminated water

Just refer him to this Weird Al song which covers that and 2 other dated news stories.

That one, he probably didn't deserve.

I might have said this elsewhere, but I had a girl in stitches one time when she was talking about Lorena Bobbit and I said, "Well, she don't bob-it no more!"

I think you’re right about it being on Sad’s no-fly list.
I can still picture it annoying Scotch.
Well the fact (if this is true) that Yoko Ono's singing was an influence, would seem to bolster sad's position. But the part about inspiring Lennon to start recording again is way more important than the song itself (again, if it's true). Of course, some fucker had to go and shoot him.

I graduated high school in 1980, so Rock Lobster and the resurgence of the song "Shout" (used in Animal House) were required dance songs at every party. Meanwhile, sadchild was just starting to get a "funny feeling" from pictures of Christie Brinkley. So it's a generational thing.

inspiring Lennon
The story I always read was that something Paul McCartney did inspired Lennon to record Double Fantasy. I'd never heard of Lobster being the reason.
Christie Brinkley
Michelle Pfeiffer! Grease 2! Where does the pollen go?!!
