The other song she did was top 40 so if you use that as a criteria, yes she is a one hit wonder. But clearly most people tend to not use actual chart positions for their definitions but their memories of the other hits.
Given that I hear these on satrad and FM today, I am surprised at all of their low peaks.

I've never been able to reconcile the Stray Cat lyric "There's a real square cat livin in 1974" That's 20 years more up to date than the Cat's were. I love Setzer's playing, but there's a little irony there.
This song hit when I was at just the right age in high school. It'll always work for me.

This just reinforces the truth that real rock music is not pop, and going back the invention of the top 40, there's always been this dichotomy. I hate when people (i.e. Howard Stern) act like this is new.

As any fan, you shouldn't really care. Your enjoyment does not change if it was #1 or #56. But we are somehow validated by a high charting song.
My enjoyment is still there. When I dig something, I hope that there are other smart people out there that like it too.
